The ISM handbook contains the detailed description and guidelines for the training for farmers. It explains goals of the training, short description of the method and all the steps taken in the training, including questions from the ISM tool and practical examples. The product is a supporting element of the project and the method of ISM. It supports the trainings and facilitates the usage of the ISM Tool and the learning process. It serves as a guideline for trainees, when they use the tool at home. In the ISM+ handbook, the questions asked and practical examples were adapted to the pig, beef, poultry, horticulture, beekeepers and arable farmers and students.
The Facilitators guidelines booklet is integrated with the ISM handbook and it contains the detailed description of the training schedule, technical guidelines (plus creation of an account for each participant). Additionally the three power point presentations for the three training days are attached. It supports the trainers and facilitates the application of the ISM Tool and learning process. It serves as a guideline for trainers before and during the trainings.
